Contest Guidelines: Third Annual InnermoonLit Award for Best Short-Short Story
- All entries must be original and previously unpublished.
- Authors must be 18 years of age or older.
- Entries must be sent anonymously, via email, no later than September 1, 2010, 11:59 p.m. EST.
- Entrants must specify that they are entering the Best Short-Short Story Contest and must indicate the number
of words in their submission (500 words maximum--entries that exceed 500 words will be disqualified).
- Winning entries will not be published. Writers retain all rights to their submissions.
- Winners will be contacted via email no later than December 1, 2010. A brief review of the winning chapters will
be posted on the web along with the winners' names, bios, and photos (with the winners' permission).
- Contest winners will receive notification via email. Recipients who do not respond to the notification email
within 2 weeks will forfeit the prize, and an alternate will be selected.
- Cash prizes will be paid in U.S. currency.
- Winners are asked to refrain from submitting to any of my contests for two calendar years.
- Submissions will be judged anonymously. Judges' decisions are final.
